Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We are unable to modify packing slips—orders will not be marked as “gifts” or feature altered pricing.

Processing Time
We take 2-3 days to process your order and once the hardware is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we provide you with the tracking id. Orders shipping outside the EU may require an additional 3–5 business days (or more) for processing. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.
