Product Description

A battery-powered LoRaWAN data logger/ DTU supports RS485/Analog/GPIO sensors, equipped with built-in Bluetooth, IP66, and app service for configuration and remote device management.

The device features stability and reliability and can cover a long transmission range while keeping ultra-low power consumption, ideal for outdoor use.

It can be battery-powered or connected to a 12V external power supply. When the 12V power supply is connected, the replaceable built-in battery is set to be used as the backup power supply.

  • Long Range & replaceable Battery powered: With LoRaWAN® wireless transmission, it supports 19Ah built-in battery and external 12V DC to supply devices, and ultra-wide-transmission range of 2km in urban scenes and 10km in line of sight scenes.
  • Designed to Use in Harsh Environments: -40℃ ~ 85℃ operating temperature and IP66 rated enclosure, suitable for outdoor use, high UV exposure, heavy rain, dusty conditions, etc.
  • Remote configuration and management: allows users to remotely manage data and configure.

Support Industrial Sensors of Different Interfaces

  • RS485: Support standard RS485 Modbus-RTU protocol
  • Analog: 2 x 0~10V or 2 x 4~20mA.
  • GPIO: 1 x GPIO, collect level or pulse signal

It comes with a single-channel collector, and only supports one of the following protocols at one time.

To keep things simple, we offer 2 shipping options - 

  • Europe & UK - €25 per package
  • Rest of the world - €50 per package

 

Q. How long do I have to wait to get my order delivered?

A. We take 2-3 days to process your order and once the hardware is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we provide you with the tracking id. 

 

Q. How do you calculate VAT? 

A. As a Dutch registered company, we have to charge VAT for all the orders that go through the shop in EU. Here's how it works in a nut shell - 

  • Individual / Private use - Add 21% on the order amount
  • Businesses in EU - provide your VAT number for reverse charge
  • Rest of the World - VAT exempt i.e. not applicable

 

Q. I want my hardware to be pre-configured, can you assist with that?

A. We are working on offering this service directly via the webshop. Though at the moment, this is not possible. Keep an eye out here for updates on this. 

 

Q. How can I get in touch for a volume order?

Q. How can I update my address? 

A. Change of address is possible as long as the order is in pre-processing phase i.e. it hasn't been sent to the shipping carrier. Reach out to hardware@thethingsindustries.com with your order number in the subject line and we can check for you.
