How to Get Started
A paid subscription is required for The Things Indoor Gateway Pro.
• One-year subscription: you pay once up front, and your gateway is ready to activate right away. The first year of service is already included and managed automatically in your Subscription Dashboard.
• No subscription: you’re buying just the gateway. The gateway will not connect until you create and purchase a subscription separately through your Subscription Dashboard. Contact support if you are planning on managing multiple gateway subscriptions.

Set it up once you receive an email from us when your gateways are ready to ship, or activate it anytime via our Subscriptions page.
Step 1. Purchase the Gateway
Order your gateway and get it delivered quickly to your site — ready to power your LoRaWAN network right out of the box.
Step 2. Set Up in Minutes
Just plug in the gateway and it connects automatically.
Step 3. Manage and Monitor
Sign in and manage your gateway through The Things Stack cloud interface. A subscription and The Things Stack account are required to monitor performance, update firmware, and manage your gateways remotely.

Shipping Info
To keep things simple, we offer 2 shipping options -
- Europe & UK - €25 per package
- Rest of the world - €50 per package
Q. How long do I have to wait to get my order delivered?
A. We take 2-3 days to process your order and once the hardware is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we provide you with the tracking id.
Q. How do you calculate VAT?
A. As a Dutch registered company, we have to charge VAT for all the orders that go through the shop in EU. Here's how it works in a nut shell -
- Individual / Private use - Add 21% on the order amount
- Businesses in EU - provide your VAT number for reverse charge
- Rest of the World - VAT exempt i.e. not applicable
Q. I want my hardware to be pre-configured, can you assist with that?
A. We are working on offering this service directly via the webshop. Though at the moment, this is not possible. Keep an eye out here for updates on this.
Q. How can I get in touch for a volume order?

Q. How can I update my address?
A. Change of address is possible as long as the order is in pre-processing phase i.e. it hasn't been sent to the shipping carrier. Reach out to hardware@thethingsindustries.com with your order number in the subject line and we can check for you.
